I would like to nominate Carl for an employee of the month award for using his initiative in implementing an added daily cleaning procedure of sanitising touch points throughout our sites in Chelsea in light of the recent Coronavirus and also the time of the year when people get coughs and sneezes due to the weather that we are experiencing at the moment. Carl is also going to share this good practice with the Sutton cleaning team. He is a credit to Julius Rutherfoord and a great asset to the ICR.

I would like to nominate Eulalia because she is absolutely amazing. As a cleaner at our school she takes pride in making sure the school is meticulous, neat, clean and in the best condition. She always has an eye on how the school is cleaned. Eulalia is extremely hardworking, reliable, conscientious and a super person! She brightens our day and is liked by all. She deserves recognition for all her hard work over the years. Her worth ethic is exemplary. This recognition would be a great way for Julius Rutherford to show their appreciation for her and her hard work over the years.
