I would like to nominate our lovely cleaner, Ana Paula. Since joining the team, she has made a great impression. Always attentive to detail, with the front of house lobby standards noticeably improving. She is extremely polite and a kind natured individual. All instructions are always understood and delivered straight away. We are very fortunate to have Ana as part of our great team at 40 Bank Street. Thank you!

Recently, ICR was targeted by thieves stealing catalytic converters from parked cars. We had 4 thefts, over 2 days, each taking less than 4 minutes to complete. We raised awareness amongst all our staff and contractors. When our security supervisor, noticed some suspicious activity on the CCTV, and went to investigate. Julio decided to go with him to approach the suspects who quickly realised they had been rumbled and got into the car, making verbal threats before leaving the site. We later found out that they had already carried out a fifth theft from our site but the timely intervention intervention had foiled the sixth. This action was outside of Julio's cleaning duties and we are grateful for his assistance in presenting this approach.

I just wanted to say how helpful and pro-active Isaac is. I remember him helping on a weekend meeting before. He came to the desk and let me know he was here, and I took his number. He also kept asking if there was anything else that he could help with and I asked if he could help me clear papers from some of the meeting rooms as it was an extremely busy evening. Please pass this feedback on to him and let him know how much his help was appreciated.

I would like to nominate Operations Director, Alex for a JR&Co Star. I can honestly say that in 20 years working in Facilities in London (including at 2 FTSE 100 companies) I have never encountered such a dedicated, caring and responsive supervisor. Every single time I have had an issue, or even a simple suggestion, Alex has resolved it that same evening, and in person. Nothing is too small for him to rectify and he will happily roll up his sleeves to muck in with our cleaning team. One fantastic quality that sets Alex apart is that he listens to what we have to say as customers and learns the way we like things done, and the issues that most matter to us. He then does his best to pre-empt any problems that would otherwise arise. Lastly, his expertise and calm demeanour often make him seem more like a colleague than an external contractor.

Marioara was very observant when she saw someone in JR&Co Uniform, who was not part of the cleaning team. She followed the right procedures, however when it was reported to the Supervisor, it turned out to be the head teacher who was using the JR uniform for the school play! However, her awareness was appreciated by the client as it displayed dedication and passion in her role.
