We have clear expectations of our people. They should live our values and be passionate, meticulous, expert and personal; with our clients at the centre of their thoughts.

We know expectations aren’t a one-way street, and our promise to our staff creates a symbiotic relationship with our clients as the beneficiaries.

With a team of over 1200 dedicated cleaning operatives across London, we guarantee that your premises get cleaned every single time.

Our commitment to our teams, ensures they are motivated, trained and developed to deliver service excellence and unrivalled standards.

And our TimeGate software, a real-time, rule-based Workforce and HR Management tool, assures absolute accuracy in the resourcing delivered in the contract.

Daily identification means we can guarantee the correct individual has completed the shift, ensuring the continued protection of your site.

Rostering staff this way means when staff are absent due to sickness or holiday, we can schedule an alternative staff member with the appropriate skills. All cover operatives will have already completed a DBS check and the JR&Co training programme.

We truly value our cleaners and because of this our management team motivate them to go above and beyond. These words are too commonly said but we live it.

We always set pay rates above the National Living Wage and are a London Living Wage accredited service provider.

We embed a defined reward and recognition programme in our cleaners’ daily lives and encourage our clients to recognise the excellent standards that our teams deliver.

We develop our cleaning operatives, through a defined career pathway, enabling consistently high performers to progress their careers within JR&Co and in the broader cleaning industry.

We train our cleaners to be skilled and valued as the key workers that they are. We ensure that they are always challenged to grow and develop in their roles and we support them through our BICSc accredited training academy to be the best cleaners that they are capable of.

Managing the mental health of our teams have always been a priority consideration within our business.

The Covid-19 pandemic has created even greater problems that have come to the surface and this once taboo subject is something that we encourage all our employees to discuss.

With a workforce of over 1,200 cleaners, we have taken the unique step of training our managers and Centre of Excellence staff in mental health first aid to offer free and in confidence internal counselling for those.

Through a confidential helpline and/or using our Just Rewards & Communications employee portal, any JR&Co staff member can contact a trained manager to initiate conversations, should they have any concerns.

Taken at the pace that individual is comfortable with, we are always present to support our teams, working through with them any issues that they may have.

I want to nominate the whole Team at IPPF as I have only good things to say about them. They have been very reliable throughout the whole of COVID and have always solved any problems that have arisen. I have a very good rapport with the cleaners and I think they deserved to be praised. I am very happy with the way that our building looks and I am always confident that the cleaning standard is top.
