I just wanted to express my gratitude towards Karla. Since she has started with us, she’s shown attention to detail, used her initiative, she’s reliable and goes the extra mile to help us, such as reorganising the client kitchen, re-cleaning all the mugs when I told her I found one of them with a stain, and always checking if there’s anything urgent that needs doing. If there is an issue, she helps immediately.

I would just like to give a big shout out to Venilia, the cleaner, who I saw doing an amazing job cleaning the link bridge of all the rainwater that was gushing in. She was inside the staircase mopping up the water that was coming in from the bridge and stopping it from running down the stairs. Then she was on the bridge putting out the yellow slip signs as well as directing people around the puddles, all the while mopping up and getting rid of the water. She was wet from the rain as she was up and down the bridge mopping up puddles. I gave her a few more yellow slip signs that she put all over the bridge, making sure no one was going to slip. I feel she deserves some sort of recognition for being so proactive and not caring about getting soaked, just making sure the bridge was safe for people to still use.

Eduardo consistently goes above and beyond in his role, and his dedication to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our building is truly commendable.
