I have nominated Laima Baksiene because she is the most diligent, hard-working, thorough, meticulous and enthusiastic cleaner I have ever met anywhere I have ever worked. Even when I have tried to dissuade her from cleaning desks in the past e.g. because no-one has used the desk that day and, as she had cleaned it so thoroughly the previous night, it did not need to be cleaned again that day, she nevertheless cleaned it as though it was the dirtiest desk on the planet! She has standards of excellence and for her nothing less will do. You are so fortunate to have found this lady, she is of great credit to Julius Rutherfoord & Co.

I just wanted you to know how we all love Henry working with us. He's not only amazingly efficient and thorough in the work he does, he is a lovely smiley guy to have around. Without exception I can say all the staff at Chesterton love having him as part of our team. Yesterday I asked our Head of School if she wanted to continue with Henry's services! She was horrified it was a possibility he could leave! Her words were "He must stay, we ALL just love having here!

Ana is an amazing manager and I believe she does not get the credit that she deserves. She makes sure all of her cleaners are paid correctly every pay run and if you ask her anything about any site or any cleaner, she knows it. Ana has great potential to take on bigger sites and challenges. She works very well with payroll and makes the whole wages process run smoother. The whole payroll team agrees that she is one of the best managers.

Carla is very passionate about her job; making sure that cleaners are paid and treated fairly while maintaing an amazing relationship with her operations team. I believe she is an excellent professional and has so much potential to be a leader. I love working with her and learning from her.

I wanted to let you know that I had some really positive feedback about Faisuri today. As you are aware, we had a very impromptu event take place yesterday evening and during this event I was advised by our Investor Relations Manager, Wendy that Faisuri was so helpful and so friendly that she has left her a little thank you envelope for all her hard work. Faisuri is such a great person to have on board and since she has worked on site all her areas of cleaning have always been to a very high standard. Faisuri has been a great treasure since she has joined. In all honesty I was a bit nervous when I was going to lose Jessie to her maternity leave and Walter had said not to worry he had the perfect person in mind!! He was right indeed. Please can you make sure that she gets recognition for her hard work.

Jose manages a team in a large and busy inner London comprehensive school. Catarina is extremely passionate about her role within Julius Rutherfoord and is always looking at ways to engage our employees. Just before the festive season Catarina has come up with a great idea on how to reward our employees as well as push our clocking compliance rules: Tick Tock Time To Clock! Catarina has taken charge of the project and created all the material, she has portrayed an array of skills and shown her passion for helping drive engagement with our offline employees.
