It’s because of our talented management team, our exceptional head office Centres of Excellence and our commitment to openness, transparency and proactive communication that we are able to deliver a revered cleaning service that is truly bespoke.

Across London we employ 5 Divisional Directors and 25 Area Managers, ensuring that our management teams are always local and are constantly on hand to support our teams and our clients every needs.

We have also invested in and proprietarily developed a range of technologies that enable our management team and clients to have full transparency on performance and to facilitate fluid, continual and proactive communication.

Our confidence in our performance is such that we have nothing to hide and from day 1, we will provide a full range of performance monitoring and detailed management information that provides our clients with an accurate and 360-degree overview of our performance.

The Management team, Riccardo, Fabian and Phillipa and the on-site Supervisor Hector and his team have done an excellent job at turning around the building since the contract was awarded. We have very high standards here and understand is a very busy building and appreciate the effort everyone puts in to ensure the building is always kept at the high standard expected.
