JR & Co-Stars
JR & Co-Stars is our staff awards programme designed so our customers can nominate our employees for special recognition when they deliver outstanding service, either as an individual or as a team. It’s a popular programme that actively encourages all of our staff to go above and beyond in their pursuit of first-class customer service. If you feel you’ve received excellent service from our staff, why not nominate a person or a team?
Bird & Bird
Luis is an excellent person. He communicates well at all levels, he takes ownership and responsability and is not afraid to admit when a mistake has been made, yet he does his very best to rectify them straight away. He does more than is humanly possible and without him I would be really worried!
During a meeting, our client mentioned that Wilson is doing a great job on the site and he deserves a JR&Co Stars nomination as he is always willing to do his duties with nice smile on his face and every time the head teacher or premises manager ask for any help, he will do it with a smile.
His skills do not end with his work, he always projects a warm cheerful attitude to our clients , he helps to resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact, and he goes out of his way to help the employees if they need any support. I believe these characteristics represent all that is good at JR&Co.
It is always a pleasure visiting the site and experiencing the high standard of cleanliness and room preparation. The team are also very friendly and personable. To set it into context, I have just returned from a Holiday in the Italian lakes and there is not much difference in standard from the high class hotels we stayed in.
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew
I have nominated Angela and the Cleaning Team at Royal Botanic Gardens as they are always going over & above their duties in order for a job to be completed to the highest standard. They are a very small team compared to the size of the site, demands and preassures put upon them. They are always so cheerful and willing to assist even with duties outside of their professional cleaning roles i.e. relocating post and parcels across the site.
Sue & her team
London Borough of Merton
Sue and her team worked extremely hard during the summer cleans to ensure the schools were completed. They showed commitment and took pride in the finished product.
I would like to nominate our area cleaner for keeping the area very clean and tidy and also for being a very friendly and passionate cleaner who goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy. Well done!
Impax Asset Management
I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic worker and person Maria is. Everyone at the office loves her, and when she's not here they all ask where she is. She goes way beyond the call of duty and does many jobs, on a regular basis that she is officially not meant to do. It's rare to find a gem like Maria.
Maria has worked with the customer since 2014 and always has a very good appearance and is a very clean and tidy person. She always has a very good attitude with our customers and has very good communication skills. Maria always cleans in great detail and cleans all areas even it is not her work place. Anything she find that needs to be cleaned, she will always be there. During client walk arounds, her area always one of the best and I am really happy to have Maria on our team. Also, during the cleaning supervisors annual leave, Maria covered their duties to a very high standard, and the customer mention how happy they were with her performance.
Carlos is a credit to JR&Co. Very friendly, helpful and efficient plus he communicates with me on a regular basis.
Institute of Cancer Research (ICR)
The ICR has recently awarded a new waste management contract to a new supplier. The service started on the 1st August 2018 and Carl has been exceptional and a great champion in making sure that the cleaning team were informed and educated in the new waste routes around the sites in Chelsea. Carl, using his own initiative also went to every office and laboratory and gave out the new flyers identifying the waste routes including the changes. He is often seen checking the bins and waste bags for any contamination to recycling waste and checking that the waste is in the correct colour bag or receptacle. In the partnership of both ICR and Julius Rutherfoord, Carl has put himself at the forefront in assisting with waste management going above and beyond what is expected of the role. This is assisting ICR with reducing waste cost through management and correct segregation of waste. Allowing monies to be put back to the science of 'discovering a cure for cancer'. He is a 'champion' to our cause and we recommend Carl to the highest level of award possible by Julius Rutherfoord.
