The payroll team have done an amazing job on week 46 pay run! With the change to Visitas and cross over of Timegate they have worked together as a team and done everything possible to ensure that all employees are paid accurately. Ana is incredibly friendly,helpful, proactive and a real joy to have in the office. On Monday, a homeless person gained access to our office. Elizabeth found the person using one of our showers and made my colleagues aware of her presence. Elizabeth and her colleagues supported our staff in defusing a very difficult and potentially serious situation, interacting with the person and assisting in bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion. In addition to helping to deal with the person, once she had left, Elizabeth and her colleagues happily dealt with cleaning the shower which had been left in a very poor condition. Elizabeth and her teams personal and professional behaviour reflected very well on Julius Rutherfoord and were greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much to Inga in her role of covering supervisor. Her confidence has grown and I believe that with the continued support from Domingos and the team she will develop even further into the role. In addition, one of our tenants has stopped me to give Inga some great feedback. She is consistently seen cleaning and working hard in the lobby, with all key areas being wiped down throughout the day. It is also very encouraging and reassuring to witness that the heavily occupied areas are being kept as clean as possible, especially with the current Coronavirus.

Rafael is our evening cleaning team supervisor at Amnesty International Secretariat. If I could I would put him forward for all values but, let me tell you a bit about my experience with Rafael! He never says NO, he has a can do attitude, he listens to what you are asking and gets it done. Nothing seems to much to ask and takes pride in his and his team's work. Carina continues to show an exceptional commitment to the school. Carina is proactive, very hard working and goes beyond what might be expected from her role as a cleaning supervisor. For example, Carina works closely with the Estates Department advising on building defects, vandalism and resourcing staff to meet additional requirements to support school events. Carina is supported by her team but most notably by Jose Matias. Jose is reliable, flexible, hard working and always seems to be available to go above and beyond when required.
