I would just like to say that I am very pleased with the cleaning contract at Fred Tibble Court, my cleaner Gualter and the new area manager Fernando are a pleasure to work with. When Fernando last visited Fred Tibble Court I introduced him to our Spanish resident Pepe and it really cheered her up to speak in her native tongue. Today Fernando went to speak with her again and her gave her a bag of Spanish magazines to read which really touched her. I thought that this was such a lovely gesture as he remembered her and thought of something so thoughtful, she was overwhelmed and had the biggest smile, she also appreciated again the chat they had in Spanish!

"Maria our day housekeeper is absolutely amazing, from the very start she has gone way beyond the call of duty and does a lot of work that she does not have to do. The rest of the staff love her and have placed her picture on the fridge with photos everyone else. If she is not here then staff want to know where she is, plus they give her gifts from time to time and even bought her a birthday cake! She brings happiness to so many people and so deserves an award, we consider ourselves very lucky that she has joined our team"

I would like to nominate the cleaning supervisor from 23 Portland Place to be rewarded. Since Lorena arrived to this particular contract she made some changes and demonstrated notorious improvement in the cleaning standards, as result we do scored 85% in our last audit with the APD.

Giovanny has been a breath of fresh air for me and always responds to my requests in a timely manner. For example, yesterday we had an issue with the floors, I mailed him and within 15 minutes Bruno was washing the floors and he had arranged to come to site last night to investigate what the issue. As a client of JR I can honestly say that I can ask for no more than that. Giovanny often exceeds my expectation and if you do have spot awards for your staff, I really do believe that Giovanny is worthy of one.

He has been a consistent performer and a reliable member of the evening cleaning team, his work on the weekends following maintenance works has also been of a high standard and it would be great to see him receive recognition for his efforts.
