The team leader and staff provide excellent service that demonstrates their commitment to their customers. Their cleaning is meticulous and their attitudes and interactions are positive and accommodating.
I have never been at a conference centre or hotel where it has been so clean and tidy, and I spent 6 weeks at Sunbury Court Conference Centre. The cleaning team are helpful, meticulous and my opinion is that they are really professional and passionate about their work.

I wanted to highlight how impressive the lift floors look due to the periodic works which were carried out over the weekend. They have been completed to such a high standard, now showing their true potential appearance.
I have checked various A, B and C bank lifts which were all great. But in particular the blue fire lift (situated behind our reception automatic door) instantly stood out for me. Being transformed from a very dull surface to spotless and extremely shiny.
The lobby floors, although not included in these weekend works, are also looking great. The ongoing hard work on maintaining these can be seen. Being the first impression of the building on arrival this is important for us, so thank you. Please do pass this good feedback onto the team.
Maria is an excellent cleaner, she's punctual and always conscious of her duties. She helps others maintain the building clean and tidy. Our client is always very pleased with her work. She is hard worker, very friendly and communicative. She has a keen eye for detail.
Cleaning has always been to a very high standard, every day in my room whilst staying at The Salvation Army centre in Sunbury on Thames. This team needs to be congratulated for consistent work over such an amount of time. WELL DONE EVERYONE !

All the team are so friendly, helpful and understand the ethos of the environment in which I am staying at the International Colllege for Officers. They are all fantastic people who have made me feel so welcome and they deserve high praise for all they are doing at Sunbury Court. I feel so humbled by the way every member of the team is making my stay here so pleasant. Our nomination goes to Carl. Since Carl has began working here at the Institute earlier this year, he has hit the ground running, working hard to improve the cleaning services here. His involvement with the cleaning staff is very good. He is always eager to assist all the people here and works very well to direct his team to deliver and maintain the high standards expected.

Luis did a fantastic job during the Queens Tennis tournament 2018 and the Client was very satisfied with the attention and service provide by him. All areas where covered and completed to the highest standards on a daily basis.
I would like to nominate Carina for a star award. Carina has made an enormous contribution in improving cleaning standards and consistency at Emanuel School, since Julius Rutherfoord were awarded the cleaning contract in 2017. Carina is reliable, helpful and extremely hard working. Nothing if ever too much trouble, Carina is always willing to help when the School needs support and is calm and professional at all times. Carina is a credit to Julius Rutherfoord and key to the continuous improvement of the Cleaning Service the School is now enjoying.
