I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Veronica for an amazing job she does to keep our office kitchen and work space clean and tidy day in day out. I have seen Veronica vehemently clean our office premises for the past couple of years. Recently our company extended the contract with JR to provide a full time cleaner and we were fortunate to have Veronica work the full day to keep our offices tidy. I have to say Veronica is an absolutely amazing worker, she is meticulous with her work, hardworking and thorough. She keeps our big office kitchen very spick and span, and her cleaning standards are really high. She is like clock work, always on time, follows the cleaning schedule and keeps on going non-stop. I feel she is an inspiration to the JR team and having more cleaners like Veronica in your organisation will truly ensure your company's success. Please pass our gratitude to Veronica for the amazing hard work she does to keep our office clean, and for the non-stop dishwasher rounds she runs to keep the waves of clean coffee mugs coming to help us going and focus with our work. I wish her and the team all the best with the nomination.

Jose and Yusuf work very hard and are very meticulous in their approach. They do a very good job; always on time, working very hard, with a can-do attitude. Phillipa is a great Account Performance Manager! When our cleaner did not arrive, I contacted Phillipa who straight away said that she would look into the matter for me. After 10 minutes she called me back and explained that we had a replacement cleaner that day whilst ours was on holiday. Phillipa called everyday to make sure that the replacement cleaner came and that we were happy with the service. She has great customer service skills and is an asset to your company!

Since Maureen started, she has consistently achieved without compromising her own integrity. It is clear that as she whistles, she does not just deliver for us but goes above and beyond, thinking about the wellbeing of our staff. She has so many more accolades but unfortunately, there isn't enough time to go through the exhaustive list. I hope that Julius Rutherfoord and Co have seen Maureen's exceptional work and rewarded her accordingly. I would like her permanently at West Thames College, due to her commitment, meticulous attention to details and her genuine care about the wellbeing of her client.

I am frequently at the UKSC and noticed how beautifully it is kept, all the facilities, (in particular I would like to mention the changing areas/showers), are immaculate which make my visit a real pleasure.
