I would like to praise the two waste operatives Victor, Mario and Domingos who have adapted and recently introduced the management of all the waste bins. The goods lift lobbies viewed today were spotless which included the floors, walls, lifts, clean bins and a pleasant smell upon arrival. A great improvement can be seen in these areas and the hard work is appreciated.

We have a great team with John leading them and he takes such interest and is passionate about our offices being cleaned to his standards as if it was his office or home. John ensures that the guys that come here to clean are ready to help out and our introduced system of a book on my desk is great as I can leave notes for them about things and they can do the same in return. I think I got the best Account Manager when JR took over as John has become more like a friend as time moved on.

I just wanted to pass this comment on to you. Just so you are aware that good things are noticed!! "On a more positive note the amazing cleaner who is standing in for Eduardo brought hot water all the way up from Portakabin so that he could clean our sink and work surfaces and then took our kettle away and brought it back full. What a great guy." Please pass our thanks on to Nilson, and compliment him on a great job!!

Just wanted to say that Vic, Fabian and the team have done a cracking job over the last two days and worked really hard to get all the jobs done - and more, to meet my exacting expectations.
