Just wanted to pass on some feedback for Anne-Marie. The evening handovers are a vast improvement over what we used to receive with our previous cleaning provider, and we have a great overview of the work the evening team and sub-contractors are carrying out. On the few occasions I've had to speak to her on the phone she has been very professional and responsive. I know a lot of it has to do with you putting the structure in place for the handovers and guiding her and I think she's really taken the opportunity and stepped up into the role of an evening supervisor. Well done Anne-Marie!

John is very helpful when issues have arisen and has always made sure that they were resolved quickly. He is always quick to respond and does regular checks in the office and with myself.

John Cardona and his team are fantastic; no job is too big or small as they provide a great service and communication is great. I had a flood in our basement and John and his team were in the next morning. Phillipa is great at getting quotes across and very helpful. I would highly recommend Julius Rutherfoord.

I wanted to highlight that Domingos, Larisa and Victor have carried out a great job. Starting yesterday afternoon as soon as notified, through into last night and again this morning. This was in preparation of a VIP visit we had this morning. Very happy with the results they produced and for the team coming together to get this done in time. Please pass on our appreciation!
