Maribel has become a vital part of our company, staff members often come to me saying how much they value her and how friendly she is. Maribel cares about her work and is always highlighting things that we can work on and improve, she is dedicated and great fun to have around, she constantly goes above and beyond.

Maribel is always such a pleasure to speak with, we always have a nice chat in the kitchen or corridor when I see her and she's always hard at work keeping our workplace clean and tidy. Thank you Maribel!

Maribel should win an award for all of the core values, she is such a pleasure to have in the office and our office is always clean and tidy. Maribel is very efficient at keeping everything stocked and plentiful, clean and tidy and is so efficient we never need to ask for anything. She does all of this with a smile and warm reception as well. Maribel is definitely an asset to our office!

I have nominated Maribel as she exudes personality and warmth. She is one of the friendliest people around the office, and will always find time to speak to you and normally makes you laugh!

Not only is Maribel meticulous about the work she does, she is courteous and friendly. She will engage in conversation but not so much that she doen't do her work! I don't think there has ever been a time when she hasn't got a smile on a face and nothing is too much bother. She is a much loved member of our team.

Recently, ICR was targeted by thieves stealing catalytic converters from parked cars. We had 4 thefts, over 2 days, each taking less than 4 minutes to complete. We raised awareness amongst all our staff and contractors. When our security supervisor, noticed some suspicious activity on the CCTV, and went to investigate. Julio decided to go with him to approach the suspects who quickly realised they had been rumbled and got into the car, making verbal threats before leaving the site. We later found out that they had already carried out a fifth theft from our site but the timely intervention intervention had foiled the sixth. This action was outside of Julio's cleaning duties and we are grateful for his assistance in presenting this approach.

I would like to nominate our lovely cleaner, Ana Paula. Since joining the team, she has made a great impression. Always attentive to detail, with the front of house lobby standards noticeably improving. She is extremely polite and a kind natured individual. All instructions are always understood and delivered straight away. We are very fortunate to have Ana as part of our great team at 40 Bank Street. Thank you!

Gloria is an excellent, conscientious worker who goes beyond the expected, she will always do whatever she can to assist us, without asking, to make the working environment as best as can be for the staff as well as helping us in the process, which is why she is considered part of our team. We can count on her to do her absolute best to make sure everything is stocked, the dishwashers are filled and emptied, the worktops kept clear and tidy, the toilets replenished without the need for any prompting because she is always on top of everything. Apart from her efficiency, she is very personable, jolly and a joy to have around, she is also very well liked by the staff too. With Gloria here we have no worries or any need for involvement in her activity and duties, she just gets on with it which is absolutely fantastic for us and is why I am more than happy to sing her praises, thank you.
