Her hard work and commitment have demonstrated she's meticulous and passionate about what she does. We love having her as part of the team.

I'd like to nominate the entire team; I don't even need to think about cleaning. Tasks are completed to great standards, with the team even picking up on things unnoticed.

Beatriz, who is currently cleaning our lavatory, is doing a superb job! She really gives it a thorough scrubbing and the improvement is really noticeable. She is also quite charming.

The boys have been unbelievable since lockdown. Every day they come in and nothing is too much trouble. They have had to do a lot of different jobs than they would normally do and everything has been done to perfection. They work so hard every day and we are over the moon with everything they do, we feel they deserve some recognition for their hard work. They could quite easily opted for furlough but they want to be able to work.

I would like to nominate John and Mirka for a JR&Co Stars award. They both went above and beyond in the canteen during the lunch service. It was Christmas lunch today and very busy with lots of crackers and mess. Mirka assisted with the lunch service and John ensured everyone had crackers and all the mess was cleared up. Without their support it would not have been the success that it was.

Always passionate, Cristina and the team care about our surroundings and ensure staff, members and visitors have a beautifully clean and tidy venue. The team are super responsive on communications and always go above and beyond to give everyone coming to the premises a great experience.

I would like to nominate David and the cleaning team for all they have done. I am very very happy. The office is always spotless and whatever is needed gets done. David attends the site regularly and I am beyond happy with JR&Co and the way they have taken off the stress of not having to worry about the cleaning.

Alex is always willing to go the extra mile and help at short notice. She is an absolute asset to JR&Co as she has provided so much support in our efforts to ensure constant employee communications and engagement during this Pandemic. In particular, she has really helped me to communicate our pandemic preparedness documentation by facilitating a new Coronavirus compliance webpage available for all internal and external parties. She has tirelessly worked to ensure that all our documentation is available in multiple languages and has recently supported the creation of some exciting digital media training material as we move to our online Learning Management System. Well done Alex!
