We had a client hiring Freemasons' Hall for the Alternative Hair Shows and they 'forgot' to confirm the JR & Co cleaning team for 2 shows with 1,300 ticket holders plus 300 competitors and 100 crew. Carlos happened to be at FMH in the morning doing some regular cleaning, and I asked if he could arrange some of the team at short notice when it became apparent the client had not arranged anything. Carlos was unable to get any of his team at short notice, but he stepped in and rescued the day by staying and working and helped made the shows a success. A credit to the JR & Co team, and an absolute star for us at FMH.
Great team player, dedicated, take initiatives and have a great sense of urgency to complete her tasks. she goes beyond her duties for the success of the department. Mature and wise decisions make specially for her young age and limited experience.
I wanted to note that the cleaning team is doing an absolutely fantastic job. I have noticed, since returning from work this month, that the building is in great shape. We really appreciate the hard work of the team so please pass on our thanks to all of them.

Myself and Mike would like to nominate Domingos, our cleaning contract manager.
He originally made a great first impression when first meeting during a referenced site visit. Showing so much passion and taking pride in his working environment. It later on developed that Domingos was selected following interest, joining our team at Canary Wharf.
Since the beginning of the contract he has exceled, consistently working above and beyond. It was a big responsibility in order to learn the knowledge of the building, our demands and managing a new team. Training and working with our day and night operatives we are now confident that they are working in harmony, which has had an impact in improving the quality of work.
No cleaning or staff issues in the building have phased Domingos, with him always finding a way forward. Consistently looking for better ways of working, and implementing new ideas. Overseeing the contract on a daily basis, we have the assurance that this is being managed to an exceptionally high standard.
Having high expectation, we can honestly say that they have been fulfilled. We look forward to continuing to work alongside Julius Rutherfoord, building on a great working relationship. And would highly recommend, feeling positive that Domingos will make every effort to ensuring we as the client are happy.

Luis is an excellent person. He communicates well at all levels, he takes ownership and responsability and is not afraid to admit when a mistake has been made, yet he does his very best to rectify them straight away. He does more than is humanly possible and without him I would be really worried!
During a meeting, our client mentioned that Wilson is doing a great job on the site and he deserves a JR&Co Stars nomination as he is always willing to do his duties with nice smile on his face and every time the head teacher or premises manager ask for any help, he will do it with a smile.
His skills do not end with his work, he always projects a warm cheerful attitude to our clients , he helps to resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact, and he goes out of his way to help the employees if they need any support. I believe these characteristics represent all that is good at JR&Co.
