This year we are launching a Superstar of the Year Reward programme.
In Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter one member of the JR&Co team will be crowned our ‘Superstar’ from our head office or functional teams. The programme sits nicely alongside our JR&Co Stars Award scheme which recognises our cleaning operatives for their efforts. Then at the end of the year we will choose an overall winner too!
Sometimes the people behind the business, who work in head office positions or functional areas, can go unnoticed – but for us, they keep the wheels turning and make us who we are. We can’t wait to announce the first winner in March.
