Julius Rutherfoord & Co Appoints New Customer Services Director

Julius Rutherfoord & Co has appointed a new Customer Services Director, aiming to increase customer satisfaction and provide a more personalised service to our clients. Having worked at the company for over a year as Customer Services Manager, Lauren Hanley was soon recognised for her hard-work and initiative, leading to a swift and well-deserved promotion as Customer Services Director.

Julius Rutherfoord & Co was incorporated in 1994 by two brothers-in-law and now has sales at over £25m. Across all of its sites, Julius Rutherfoord provides close to 30,000 hours of cleaning services each week. 

Lauren has extensive experience in sales and retail, with 5 years as Sales Manager at Fenwick, and 4 and a half years as Spa Manager at David Lloyd Leisure.

Lauren’s natural flair in conversation and interpersonal skills, alongside her likeable and bubbly persona, make her an excellent addition to the team. She has acquired a wealth of skills during her time in the industry and she continues to cultivate and grow these skills in her ascension through the ranks.
