We have a great team with John leading them and he takes such interest and is passionate about our offices being cleaned to his standards as if it was his office or home. John ensures that the guys that come here to clean are ready to help out and our introduced system of a book on my desk is great as I can leave notes for them about things and they can do the same in return. I think I got the best Account Manager when JR took over as John has become more like a friend as time moved on.

"On a more positive note the amazing cleaner who is standing in for Eduardo brought hot water all the way up from Portakabin so that he could clean our sink and work surfaces and then took our kettle away and brought it back full. Every day they set the room to a meticulous standard. Everything is always set out perfectly and the room is always spotless. Even the tea spoon for tea and coffee would always be placed perfectly each day. They also were extremely friendly and always put our needs first.
