One of the few good things that has come out of the current Coronavirus outbreak is that I have had more opportunities to interact with your team who look after our office. The whole team are very professional and pleasant to work and I would like to thank them all and in particular Leticia. For the last few weeks Leticia has been carrying out an additional midday service for us and the cheerful way in which she goes about her work, always with a smile on her face, brightens up my day. I am delighted to be able to nominate Leticia.

Without fuss, Sirlene has attended work each day. She has kept our building spotless. She has been sensible, polite, happy and seems determined to remain positive against the relentless demand to panic. "Thank you" will never be enough..... The wider JR team have been professional, balanced and supportive. Alex, Edward and Caroline in the management tier have been a call or email way, always engaged, always reassuring, always trying to keep business normal. It is so reassuring to have that support. I recognise as well all the supporting staff who assist Sirlene and provide so much to JR to keep the professional client facing operation I see functioning, everyone really has pulled together and done so in a way in which others could learn from. Well done.
