The team have done a great job to ensure that the library was cleaned and ready to reopen. They are always courteous, polite, and helpful. The work they did on getting the books boxed and moved was incredible, especially under such difficult circumstances.

Through the period that Middle Temple has been locked down, the cleaning crew have performed an outstanding job. Not only in the cleaning service that they have provided but also with other tasks that have been given to them. As a team their attitude to their work is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble, all tasks are carried out to a very high standard and with a sense of humour.

I'm sure that your inboxes are overflowing with compliments about Victor, but I wanted to add one more to the pile. Our marketing department arranged for a photoshoot in some of our rooms this week, and we informed Victor and the team, so they knew which areas to prioritise. Victor really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and took personal ownership of the situation. He sent me daily status updates ahead of the photoshoot and reached out to flag concerns regarding the state of the build works, and contractor activity in the building. The photoshoot was a success thanks in large part to the hard work and dedication of Victor and his team. He continues to be a pleasure to work with, and it is good to know we can rely on his support. Victor truly is one of a kind.
