Alex is always willing to go the extra mile and help at short notice. She is an absolute asset to JR&Co as she has provided so much support in our efforts to ensure constant employee communications and engagement during this Pandemic. In particular, she has really helped me to communicate our pandemic preparedness documentation by facilitating a new Coronavirus compliance webpage available for all internal and external parties. She has tirelessly worked to ensure that all our documentation is available in multiple languages and has recently supported the creation of some exciting digital media training material as we move to our online Learning Management System. Well done Alex!

Maria has gone above and beyond during this difficult time of COVID-19 and she deserves to be nominated for a JR&Co Stars Award for her professionalism. The estate didn't have any outbreaks and I believe that her cleaning standards contributed to that. She understands the estate and informs the office when the stock of cleaning items is going down. Maria is always punctual and reports any need for repairs in the communal area she cleans.

I would like to nominate Patricia for her hard work and passion for working at our Head Office. She is always smiling and is a pleasure to have around. Her attention to detail is fantastic as is her enthusiasm for her work. Patricia works professionally and goes above and beyond expectations. Patricia is an asset to our company and I feel secure having her looking after our Head Office. I feel she deserves this nomination for her reliability and passion.

I would like to nominate Jhon as he is an excellent service provider. During these challenging times he has been working hard at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, taking leadership and supervising a team of 14 cleaners, inspiring them to work as a team and not as individuals. He is always willing to help and resolves issues effectively. Jhon is also working part time at our Head Office helping to keep our space Covid-19 free by applying high cleaning standards. He has also demonstrated his proactivity by assisting the teams with jobs outside of his remit. Jhon is proactive and I am delighted he is part of the team.

David and the team have been so impressive. JR&Co have been on top of all the new guidelines and keeping the offices on top of things. I have a lot to worry with other providers, and JR&Co are certainly not one. I would like to nominate David for a JR&Co stars. He has been extremely transparent and always there to help.

I wanted to pass on my appreciation to the whole JR team working at INTO London Middlesex St. You have done an excellent job since we reopened in September. Lots of people have been nervous about returning to the Centre but the consistently high standard of cleanliness has helped to reassure everyone and made things a lot easier. Thank you for all the hard work.
