I just wanted to take the opportunity to say a very big 'THANK YOU' to you and all of your team for all the cleaning services they have provided in the LRC throughout the Autumn Term. They have helped to ensure that the LRC always looks clean and tidy as well as making it a safe environment to work in with regards to the issue of COVID. I usually see members of the cleaning team first thing in the morning and during the day and they are always friendly and willing to help and have also assisted when I have had some specific requests for cleaning that needed to be dealt with immediately. On my behalf can you please pass on my message of thanks and wish them all a healthy and prosperous New Year.

I'd like to nominate Wafa for a JR&Co-Stars, in a short period of time she's managed to work through the backlog of accounting queries/tasks and deliver excellent results. Her hard work and commitment have demonstrated she's meticulous and passionate about what she does. We love having her as part of the team.

Beatriz, who is currently cleaning our lavatory, is doing a superb job! She really gives it a thorough scrubbing and the improvement is really noticeable. She is also quite charming.

The boys have been unbelievable since lockdown. Every day they come in and nothing is too much trouble. They have had to do a lot of different jobs than they would normally do and everything has been done to perfection. They work so hard every day and we are over the moon with everything they do, we feel they deserve some recognition for their hard work. They could quite easily opted for furlough but they want to be able to work.

I would like to nominate John and Mirka for a JR&Co Stars award. They both went above and beyond in the canteen during the lunch service. It was Christmas lunch today and very busy with lots of crackers and mess. Mirka assisted with the lunch service and John ensured everyone had crackers and all the mess was cleared up. Without their support it would not have been the success that it was.
