A very busy week at the Museum was made much less stressful due to the expertise and care of the whole logistics team. Despite some challenging and testing circumstances - plus a few surprises along the way - the team was always positive and supportive, going out of their way to find solutions. On a personal note, the team always seems to find the time for a smile and a reassuring chat; their friendliness and warmth are always appreciated. The level of service the team provides is second to none. Angela, Alberto, Joao, and the rest of the JR team are passionate, kind, and reliable. Truly a joy to work alongside.

I wanted to send a message of thanks to JR for not only understanding our cleaning remit due to the health of our vulnerable clients, but also for ensuring our cleaning regime is hospital-grade in cleanliness and that the standard has not slipped since the day they started. We are a happy, satisfied customer who cannot recommend this company, their cleaners and their ethics enough. It's one more thing I do not need to worry about on a daily basis as our JR account manager is hands-on and nothing is too much trouble. Ana has even rolled up her sleeves and got stuck in to ensure our Sheltered Housing Estate is always looking its best for residence, staff and visitors alike.

I just wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding work of one of your colleagues. Jose is always extremely helpful. He constantly goes above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is always a pleasure to see Jose with a smile on his face despite the last 2 years being very changeling, which makes big difference for me personally and I believe to the other members of staff. You are very lucky to have him as a member of your team.
