I want to nominate the whole Team at IPPF as I have only good things to say about them, they have been very reliable throughout the whole of COVID and have always solved any problems that have arisen. I have a very good repour with the cleaners and I think they deserved to be praised. I am very happy with the way that our building looks and I always am confident that the cleaning standard is top.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the cleaning teams at Kensington, they have been outstanding, passionate, and meticulous in ensuring all of us, pupils, and staff have been able to continue knowing that our health and well-being are looked after and reinforced with the amazing cleaning of our school. They have all gone above and beyond doing the tasks that are rarely seen but have had a massive impact on our being able to continue as a school community.

One stand out mention I would like to give praise to is Norbert Rave and I think I can honestly say has shown he possesses all four of the core values JR&Co pride themselves with, he has been instrumental in ensuring we are able to receive the high standards of service, even when the odds seems stacked against him.

A well-deserved thank you, Norbert.

I just want to put in writing that Hector went above and beyond last night by staying on to lock up after a client’s booking overran by 45 minutes.  We were in a sticky spot as the security guard needed to leave on time and our duty manager had not been trained on the lock-up procedure.  At the last minute, Hector stepped in and stayed around until the client vacated which I am very grateful for.

Since the beginning of the relationship, it has been a pleasure to work with such a dynamic group of people, the team from top-level management down to the daily operatives have proven to be resilient, initiative, and reliable which has helped steer Freshfields through the challenging period of relocating offices and more importantly supporting us through a global pandemic. Cleaning has never been more at the forefront of everyone's minds and with Julius Rutherfoord at our side, we have that added confidence that our London office is clean and hygienically safe to use.

I would like to put Juan forward for a staff award. We have had compliments from staff and residents in relation to all the assistance Juan Gives to the scheme and the level of the cleaning being undertaken at the scheme. He is always mindful of the work that is required and gives a lot of assistance.

I would like to nominate Jose Azevedo for an award for the massive contribution he has made to the cleaning team and the school since he became a permanent member of staff. Jose is dedicated, hardworking, thorough, and nothing is ever too much. He works harder and more effectively than some staff half his age and the estates value his support each and every time he is there to help them. Jose often does more than he is required to do as he is always willing to help when he recognises help is needed. Even when Jose is cleaning a building, he closes every window, turns off the lights and locks the door before he leaves which is an enormous help to the security staff when they are locking up at the end of the day.
