Because she is simply the best!

Isatu is incredibly diligent, meticulous, personable, fun, kind and polite. She has a very high working standard meaning everything is always spotless!  Simply put, what an amazing person!

I would like to praise John and Olivia. John is always so helpful and responds to any query I have promptly. He sorts everything out and any additional requests for carpet cleaning, floor polishing, etc are always dealt with to a high standard. If he is not satisfied with the result, he will have the work done again. I can rely on him completely! You must keep John forever! Also, Olivia has been with us now for many years and is absolutely brilliant I know she works tirelessly to get things done! She managed to find and return to me an earring and a lipstick! I was delighted to see both again! Thank you!

Maribel has become a vital part of our company, staff members often come to me saying how much they value her and how friendly she is. Maribel cares about her work and is always highlighting things that we can work on and improve, she is dedicated and great fun to have around, she constantly goes above and beyond.

Maribel is always such a pleasure to speak with, we always have a nice chat in the kitchen or corridor when I see her and she's always hard at work keeping our workplace clean and tidy. Thank you Maribel!

Maribel should win an award for all of the core values, she is such a pleasure to have in the office and our office is always clean and tidy. Maribel is very efficient at keeping everything stocked and plentiful, clean and tidy and is so efficient we never need to ask for anything. She does all of this with a smile and warm reception as well. Maribel is definitely an asset to our office!

I have nominated Maribel as she exudes personality and warmth. She is one of the friendliest people around the office, and will always find time to speak to you and normally makes you laugh!

Not only is Maribel meticulous about the work she does, she is courteous and friendly. She will engage in conversation but not so much that she doen't do her work! Recently, ICR was targeted by thieves stealing catalytic converters from parked cars. We had 4 thefts, over 2 days, each taking less than 4 minutes to complete. We raised awareness amongst all our staff and contractors. When our security supervisor, noticed some suspicious activity on the CCTV, and went to investigate. Julio decided to go with him to approach the suspects who quickly realised they had been rumbled and got into the car, making verbal threats before leaving the site. We later found out that they had already carried out a fifth theft from our site but the timely intervention intervention had foiled the sixth. This action was outside of Julio's cleaning duties and we are grateful for his assistance in presenting this approach.
