I wanted to let you know that I had some really positive feedback about Faisuri today. As you are aware, we had a very impromptu event take place yesterday evening and during this event I was advised by our Investor Relations Manager, Wendy that Faisuri was so helpful and so friendly that she has left her a little thank you envelope for all her hard work. Faisuri is such a great person to have on board and since she has worked on site all her areas of cleaning have always been to a very high standard. Faisuri has been a great treasure since she has joined. In all honesty I was a bit nervous when I was going to lose Jessie to her maternity leave and Walter had said not to worry he had the perfect person in mind!! He was right indeed. Please can you make sure that she gets recognition for her hard work.

Jose manages a team in a large and busy inner London comprehensive school. Catarina is extremely passionate about her role within Julius Rutherfoord and is always looking at ways to engage our employees. Just before the festive season Catarina has come up with a great idea on how to reward our employees as well as push our clocking compliance rules: Tick Tock Time To Clock! Catarina has taken charge of the project and created all the material, she has portrayed an array of skills and shown her passion for helping drive engagement with our offline employees. Just wanted to pass on some feedback for Anne-Marie. The evening handovers are a vast improvement over what we used to receive with our previous cleaning provider, and we have a great overview of the work the evening team and sub-contractors are carrying out. On the few occasions I've had to speak to her on the phone she has been very professional and responsive. I know a lot of it has to do with you putting the structure in place for the handovers and guiding her and I think she's really taken the opportunity and stepped up into the role of an evening supervisor. Well done Anne-Marie!
