However, behind the scenes, our Head Office Centres of Excellence and Operations Teams play a pivotal role in equipping these teams to deliver outstanding service. We have been recognising our cleaning operatives for years through the JR&Co Stars Awards, but as an organisation committed to recognising and rewarding excellence, we decided to also launch the JR’s SuperStar of the Year Award — an initiative designed to honour our essential but often not seen support people.

Throughout the year, we gather nominations and, in addition to the annual recognition, we celebrate SuperStars of the Season on a quarterly basis. The prize? An extra day of holidays! During the recent townhall meeting, the winners of the JR’s Summer Superstar were announced. Two individuals truly stood out – Luiza B., one of our dedicated Payroll Administrators, and Miguel, our skilled IT Assistant.
