I wanted to write you a quick a note to express my appreciation for Adriana and her team.
As you know, we are currently in the midst of an office fit out, which has resulted in a daily accumulation of large amounts of rubbish. It has been quite a challenge to keep the office clean and functional during this process. However, Adriana and her team have been nothing short of amazing in managing this situation.
I'm amazed every morning that the huge pile of rubbish is gone and the office is spotless again. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Adriana and she consistently goes above and beyond for us.
I would be grateful if you could pass on my personal thanks to her. It is a complete joy to know her!

Thank you for the huge efforts the cleaners have put to get the school ready for today.
I know there were still contractors on site on Friday afternoon when I left, so I don't know how they managed to clean everything and polish the floors by 7:30am this morning!

I am writing from the Design Museum in London – my name is Giulia and I’m one of the Exhibitions Coordinators here. I am getting in touch as I would like to give a very positive feedback on the work of Alberto and Joao, part of the Logistics team at the Design Museum.
Maggie, the Exhibitions Project Manager, and I have recently worked on a very complex and challenging exhibition de-installation. The de-installation lasted two weeks and involved the management of a substantial number of crates, some of them very large. Alberto and Joao have been instrumental in helping us with managing the movement and storage of crates: from ensuring that the deliveries and collections happened in all safety to helping us to strategize the use of space in the Loading Bay. The latter was particularly challenging as we had a lot of equipment as well as crates and they had to ensure normal collections and deliveries for other departments could continue as normal.
Alberto and Joao have been incredible in managing all of this, always with a smile, professionalism and with a positive and proactive attitude. We are very thankful for their support and reassurance, and it’s been a real pleasure working together. I wished to share the above with you as they are real stars!

I wanted to put on record my thanks for supplying Claudia today and to let you know what an utter star she was!
She arrived early and we started the clean of that space and I cant tell you how thorough, hard working and compliant she was.
I'm afraid the task was not very pleasant and the whole area was an utter mess and very very dirty – but that did not bother or phase her… she's been brilliant!
