I am nominating Victor as he has helped deliver an outstanding service to INTO London with the passion of delivering a first class service. No task or request has been a problem, as Victor is always there to support ensuring that any challenging task is completed on time. I could not ask for a more approachable and supporting Senior Operations Manager, as he has a great reputation with the team and is always smiling. 

Really looking forward to building on our working relationship and growing with the level of support that we currently have in place.
