The JR team that cleans the facility at 101 Queen Victoria does an incredible constant job at keeping the building looking clean and fresh at all times. There is rarely, if ever, anything out of place or a need to call anyone to ensure something be done. Staff and visitors alike consistently comment on how good the building looks.

I could easily have selected any core value - in fact she equally deserves nominations against any of our school core values of Love, Trust, Teamwork and Ambition. We love our cleaning team here and that is why we make it a priority to find the cash to pay the front line staff at the London Living Wage even this year when we are running a £23,000 deficit budget. Sue is a magnificent leader who keeps in touch making sure that we have termly meetings at least to ensure that little opportunities for improvement are spotted early and standards driven up. She regularly surprises me by her school view and being able to make helpful suggestions and improvements in non-core areas. I am aware that she has had a tough time recently but one would never know from her constant professional leadership.

I have nominated my whole cleaning team including Mike Ward, the Director and Walter Cabrera the Area Manager as they are always willing to go the extra mile without me asking and always do it with a smile. No problem is ever too big for them to tackle!! It would be great if the cleaning team could be recognised for the amazing job they do in my office and if Mike and Walter could be recognised for always being such a great support to lean on!!

Del and his team are amazing. They are always willing to help whenever we need and have gone above and beyond to facilitate and assist with our recent building move. We don't know what we would do without them and certainly wouldn't have survived the move without them. They are true stars!
Rose has been passionate and very helpful at Clifton Lodge. We have had a shortage of staff at the school and Rose goes above and beyond in order to maintain the school to an acceptable standard. In my meeting today with our client Dorothy and Sue, they appraised Rose and valued Rose as a member of our staff.
