The team have remained at work throughout the whole pandemic and remained cheerful and professional throughout. In the absence of the catering team they have been flexible in helping us manage food deliveries and controlling our stock which is not normally their role. They have also implemented an enhanced cleaning regime in our overnight accommodation enabling us to reopen this service to our members. I cannot recommend or thank them enough.

I would like to nominate the whole White & Case Housekeeping team including management, and both the day and night teams. Without them we would never have been able to open the office back-up and make it as safe a place as possible for staff to come back and work. In many respects they have gone above and beyond with Carlos working what seems to have been all hours of the day, coming in on weekends and nights. Amongst other things he has ensured that the teams were properly trained, that additional works were carried out, restructured the teams so that additional cleaning processes could be adopted, and provided us with innovative cleaning solutions such as Clorox deep cleans. We also greatly appreciate both the day and evening teams for coming in during this period. I'm sure it was difficult for them both personally and professionally, putting themselves on the frontline to keep the office safe and clean. However their work has always met the high standards we expect and has always been carried out in good spirits. We've been very lucky to have them as part of our team.

Jose is always positive and helpful. He knows all the school staff by name and says hello and asks how people are. He will always help out in anyway he can and follows up on any issues that are raised to him.

David has been great, very supportive and was forthcoming with ideas when we originally shut the office down in March which was helpful as this is not something any of us had done before. The night team has also been good, we have had a few comments about the floors being dirty and perhaps not hoovered but I raised this with David, they were then sorted that evening. The deep cleans we have had conducted have been spotless. Maribel, although not being back for long has also been fantastic, willing to help out with anything and really going above and beyond.
