Michael has only been working for you for a couple of months but I would like to nominate him for this award based on his work ethic. Over the years I have worked with Michael, I find him to be meticulous, honest and hardworking. This is the second time he has been TUPEd over, this is based on our recommendation because we have always wanted to have him working for us. No job is too small or too much for him and we have found him to be trustworthy, reliable and dedicated and this says a lot about a person.

Gloria and her team's performance has been outstanding since the Academy re-opened for business on 1 July and from the commencement of teaching in September. Cleaning and waste disposal has always been a challenge at the Academy especially in recent years with increasing numbers of staff & students. Myself and colleagues admire and appreciate the cleaning team's full commitment and co-operation working through this pandemic. I would also like to thank Ana for her support and guidance. We appreciate here at Lansons that it has been a hard year for everyone and even though alongside our colleagues at Lansons many of your team have been furloughed, when they have been in over the last few weeks they still always given a friendly smile and are happy and pleased to see us. Especially Jimena who has been coming in every Wed in the morning. She is always smiling and happy and works hard which is much appreciated. It was also lovely to see Isabella, Cecilia and Marcy who are always friendly and happy.
