Looking at my inbox this morning I can see Lisa spent all of yesterday evening working to get us up to date with the current round of Furlough Costings, for that and all the other stuff she has done over the past 7 months, Lisa definitely deserves a JR&Co Star Award. Well done and thank you.

When the government announced the second lockdown, we needed a solution to make sure the office could remain functional and Rebecca just intervened and found a solution. This is just the latest example of numerous times over the past 7 months that she has stepped in, well above her remit, and offered solutions to the different problems we have. Rebecca has taken the initiative, suggested and implemented a solution for which she deserves a JR&Co Stars award for going above and beyond. Well done and thank you.

I would like to nominate Wanderley for a JR&Co Stars award... Wanderley went over and above what would be expected of him, reporting an issue to me plus going to the trouble of taking photographs too. Since Wanderley has been site supervisor the improvement has been immense, so much so that I can't remember the last time we had any issues. So with all of this, I truly believe that Wanderley deserves some recognition for the fabulous job that he is doing!
