We are really pleased with the service that Sirlene has provided throughout the COVID period. It would have been really easy for her to relax the routines and standards delivered due to the low level of attendance and use of the building, but Sirlene has consistently delivered to a high standard.

Sirlene assisted myself and Ollie with a move that we were undertaking in the court. The move required us to swap items between offices, some of which were large pieces of furniture. Sirlene volunteered to assist us with this and then ensured the spaces were cleaned after. All of this is done with a positive and friendly approach and helped us ensure 2 Justice's offices were ready for their return.

Sirlene is considered a very important part of the SC team and this is just a small recognition of her continued work to support the court.

Henry is a credit to your organisation. From the start of lockdown until recently he has virtually kept our very large building clean, tidy and fully stocked all on his own. He never complains and is always happy to help. Henry is a very popular person in Freemasons' Hall and I'm glad we have him on our site. Please thank him from all of us at United Grand Lodge.

Omar is our site manager at Brampton Manor and has been managing the academy for the last 4.5 years without ever being absent. Omar takes a huge amount of pride in his job and he's very much respected by the on-site team and client alike. Omar is most definitely a great manager and his heart and soul are with the Academy and JR&Co.

Cristina's, our working supervisor at THOSB, hard work and commitment have been great before and since reopening the premises. Her commitment and hard work rub on all other members of the team. Comments received from our clients have been very well received and complementary towards Cristina and her team. Cristina is very Passionate, never absent and any issues raised are dealt with immediately. Also, Cristina liaising skills with the Hospitality team have been great and very professional.

I just wanted to drop you a note with how amazed I am by Lavinia. I lost my air pods 5 months ago and when I told Lavinia she didn't hesitate to take the initiative to search the whole of the client suite, toilets, etc for me. We didn't find them and my hope was lost. Today, she found them, tucked away in my office chair whilst she was helping at the office moves and not only did she remember they were mine, but she also immediately contacted me. This is just one example but it just brings to show how much she cares about people, her attention to detail and how great she is at her job. She really goes above and beyond every single day and is a great person to surround yourself with!
