Mayra is such a lovely addition to the daytime team. She always has a smile on her face and is extremely helpful. Mayra brings things to our attention to ensure we can address problems at an early stage. She is only employed to cover a permanent team member's maternity leave, but she is no less dedicated due to this. We are very keen to keep her onboard until we are in a position to offer her a permanent position in the future.

I would like to nominate Rodolpho for a JR&Co Stars Award because he is our little-big star.

We were going through office management changes, and Rodolpho has joined our daytime team from the 1st of Dec. He has become a big part of our little family in no time. His passion and enthusiasm, alongside his professionalism and positive attitude, has not gone unnoticed and office cleaning standards have improved massively since he joined.

While he is humble and may be oblivious to the bigger picture here, his contribution to rectifying faulty relationships on-site was massive. I just want to officially thank Rodolpho and note what an asset he is to Julius Rutherfoord and us.

We recently had a window smashed at the firm and the team was working remotely. David Rubio contacted me to inform me of the issue and then, with the assistance of Reynaldo, they managed to cover the smashed pane with some cardboard.

This was really appreciated and went above and beyond their duties. They both always assist us without issue.
