I’d like to thank Alberto, Joao and Arnaldo for all of their assistance and support with deliveries and collections for the Football exhibition. I can count on the Logistics team to have a positive and helpful attitude which plays a big part in ensuring we receive objects and build materials on time.

In particular, I’d like to thank Alberto for his advice on coordinating deliveries and the effort to make the deliveries and collections as seamless and stress-free as possible. In addition to this, I always enjoy our conversations and have found Alberto to be really supportive.

I look forward to continuing working with the Logistics team on future projects.

I just wanted to drop you a line to pass on my thanks and gratitude to our cleaner Maria and to David Rubio. On Monday, we had an incident where the door entry technology failed, leaving the front door constantly open.

Maria reported it to David, who reported it to me. This gave me the opportunity to get an out of hours team down there. In order to protect the building, David travelled to the building and stayed there until the engineer arrived to ensure that nobody tried to access it.

This was service above and beyond the call of duty by David. Fantastic customer service and certainly something which enhances the Julius Rutherfoord brand and our loyalty to the brand.

I wanted to pass on my thanks to the Logistics team at the Design Museum. As they always do, they went above and beyond to support my team and me during the installation of our Football exhibition.

We faced a particularly challenging circumstance where all of the ceiling tiles in the gallery had to be removed and stored in the Loading Bay until they could be disposed of. This created lots of dust and a lack of space, but Alberto and Joao remained calm under pressure and coordinated all deliveries and collections with total professionalism. We were working with a number of different contractors who would often make unexpected deliveries. Alberto always did his best to accommodate these into an already busy schedule and made life much easier for us. On a personal note, I always find Alberto to be an incredibly supportive colleague, and Joao makes the best baked treats I’ve ever had!

Wendy is a very professional and very personable employee. As soon as she comes in in the morning, the kitchen becomes spotless again.

Dirty dishes are put away, sink and microwaves are shiny, and all the containers are refilled. Wendy is taking care not only of the cleaning part of her job but “catering” as well. From occasional exotic fruit to a bowl of popcorn, everyone in the office gets a taste of the snacks she brought.

Wendy is the heart of our office and with her sparkling personality and cheerful self, she makes our day every day.

This could be for constant hard work with a smile on his face but this is particularly for his contribution to our Spring Fair that we held last Saturday.

Parents were very specific with requests regarding set up etc and Sid did everything. We had hundreds of families at the school in the afternoon and come Monday morning you wouldn’t know an event had been held because the site was spotless.

A lot was asked of him and he delivered with a smile on his face!

I just wanted to express our appreciation and thanks to the team for all of their help and support over the past two weekends. Not only were you able to arrange help at such short notice, but the ladies were all incredible and gave us an outstanding service.

They were all very proactive in cleaning each room throughout the assessment days and also in keeping on top of all the other areas of the school.

You have a fantastic team and we are extremely grateful to have them here.
