Cleaners all seem very happy and polite, which is the main thing for them. Feels like the standards are being kept and as expected. Previously nominated the team for a star, would like to do so again as feels they deserve all rewards available as there's not enough of it around lately. He can't fault the service, very happy.

I find her work to be of high standards and her manner is friendly and welcoming, she is always smiling and greets the residents with such kindness. I have to say that Manuela is one of the best cleaning personnel that I have come across.

I wanted to thank everyone involved in the Easter deep cleaning at Thomas's Battersea. Big thanks in particular to Mr Joseph, Mr Carl, and Mr Sergio for restoring the hard floors and carpets and to the team for dusting, scrubbing, and general cleaning work. The school looked really great, bright, and fresh for the start of the new term, which was also noticed by the teachers.

The JR contract within Merton consisting of Primaries/children centres/corporate buildings/and a PFI contract of 4 high schools is managed by our dedicated contract manager from JR with assistance with a team of area managers - with help from a back up team of admin staff and a training centre. JR is quick to respond to any issues or requests from our schools and are dealt with promptly and professionally.

I just wanted to email you and say thank you for organising the clean in the nursery over the Easter break, the cleaners have done an amazing job, the carpet looks a lot cleaner and I was very impressed that they moved units to clean behind them, the areas that they did clean look amazing thank you.

Sidmar is an outstanding member of our team always goes above and beyond his roles. Always happy to help, his work is much appreciated here by all the staff and pupils, when Sid is off there is a noticeable difference in the building. 

Jose is a member of our AM cleaning team without his efforts every morning we wouldn't have the clean environment our pupils need every morning 

Beatriz Santos the epitome of service with a smile. always happy to help whenever a situation arises keeps me well informed of all goings on relevant to the needs of our school.
