I would like to highlight John; he is an integral part of our team here at Control Risks. He is engaging with both colleagues and guests alike, many of whom he has developed an excellent rapport with over the years.

His work ethic and dedication to his role are second to none. Day to day, no task is too small for him; when we have challenging and busy days, he can always be relied upon to find solutions and get the job done.

His efforts are greatly appreciated by all of us.

Ruth generally works extremely hard delivering the contract on site and does an outstanding job.  Most recently she went above and beyond clearing one of the void rooms which had been left in an appalling state. The room was completely disgusting, full of rubbish, and had a very foul odour which was so bad myself and other staff did not want to enter.

Ruth did an incredible job and returned the room to us spotless, she worked tirelessly and without complaint and still with a smile on her face. She really did go above and beyond on that day and deserves some special recognition above our usual thanks for her exceptional hard work

Based on his actions last night I would like to recommend Fabian, for a JR recognition award. If he hadn’t acted immediately when the tap came loose then we would have been faced with a considerable amount of damage to our kitchen cabinets and floor, and potentially to the floors below. But somehow Fabian was able to remain calm and clearheaded, holding onto the tap for 20 minutes and calling out an engineer. Fabian also assisted the engineer in making repairs when he did arrive.
 
I feel that this incident (along with some others in the past) demonstrates his commitment and dedication to the role. As clients we feel very lucky to have him on our team.
