Apprenticeships, Training and Development


Here at Julius Rutherfoord & Co, we give our people the tools nd training they need to progress their careers with JR&Co.

We offer an ongoing apprenticeship scheme, train our people throughout their time with us and reward them for them for going above and beyond for our clients. We recognise the diversity of our workforce, so for maximum impact we offer training in multiple languages. We provide our people with an employee portal, containing all their employment and payment history and we always pay above the National Living Wage.

Creating Social Value in South West London


In February 2019 Mike Lister contacted JR&Co to ask for a quote for deep cleaning to The Yard Community Centre in Putney having seen the meticulous standards we deliver for our client The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew.

We were so impressed with the fantastic work that goes on at the Yard that we wanted to help.

We made contact with Mike and as part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility made arrangements for a special deep clean to take place at the end of the month.

Ending Modern Slavery


The Home Office estimates there are 13,000 victims and survivors of modern slavery in the UK. This is a truly astonishing and disturbing statistic. Tough new penalties have been introduced under the UK’s 2015 Modern Slavery Act to tackle this problem.

The pioneering legislation gives police officers and other enforcement agencies the tools they need to crack down on employers exploiting and enslaving workers, and to support victims.
