Caroline is responsible for the delivery of all of our cleaning contracts and operational activities. Working alongside her exceptional management team, Caroline’s approach is based on delivering exceptional value and a best in class service delivery.

Finance Director

David is an experienced finance director, having previously worked with CSL Group in finance and transformation roles. David collaborates with operations and commercial teams, utilising data to improve efficiency and enhance client services, driving our continuous improvement and success.

Customer Services Director

Lauren has over 18 years’ experience working in sales and retail, acting primarily as Customer Services or Sales Manager in her previous roles before JR&Co. Lauren's primary focus is customer satisfaction. She also ensures a smooth running of our Head Office, provides day to day support to our operations team, and looks after JR&Co's ESG and Quality efforts.

HR Director

Having carved out a career in retail and customer services, Marian moved into Human Resource Management in 2015. Highly skilled with a focus on organisational development, HR operations and strategic HR planning; Marian specialises in employee engagement. Marian continues to ensure that HR operational functions are effective and efficient, while leading the HR Department and the wider business on strategic HR initiatives.
