JR&Co are Disability Confident

We are excited to have signed up to the Disability Confident scheme. Our certification reflects our  commitment to ensuring that disabled people, and those with long term health conditions, have the opportunity to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations at JR&Co.

Over half of workplaces are missing out because they are excluding talented potential employees with disabilities. This scheme guarantees that we do not exclude and helps us protect against discrimination in the workplace.

Embracing diversity and being inclusive is a core part of our ethos. This helps us recruit from the widest possible pool of talent and allows us to retain valuable skills and experience.

One of the ways in which we are adapting is by making our recruitment process more inclusive. For example, we are increasing the accessibility of our job adverts; by providing information in accessible formats such as using large print and electronic formats. We also provide reasonable adjustments to support our existing disabled employees in the workplace.
