New Sitemark Audit, Sunbury Court.

Sunbury Court is the Salvation Army's Conference Centre. Dating back to the 18th century, it is situated in Sunbury on Thames, TW1. In recent years, it has been fully restored in keeping with it's grade two listing. Conferences and retreats are held for Salvation Amy members from around the world, demanding high-standards from the Julius Rutherfoord & Co cleaners. The contract has been with Julius Rutherfoord & Co since 2014 after the renovation, and has been audited every year by sitemark, each one getting better and better. Sitemark is an independent benchmarking process that measures the operational effectiveness, Health & Safety, Human Resources, cost control and general standards of the facilities management service.

This audit scored highly across all areas, four received 100%, with our efficiency being ranked at 93.3% against an industry benchmark of 80.3%, with the effectiveness at 96.2% compared to 88.8% industry benchmark . These high-quality results were further highlighted by quotes such as "the cleaning standard, found at the time of our review, was excellent". One of the ways in which Julius Rutherfoord & Co ensure these high standards is through our robust montly managment report system. This creates " full transparency of delivered/ non-delivered hours, leavers and starters, together with a financial summary", allowing us to run extremely efficiently.

At Julius Rutherfoord & Co, we pride ourselves on having the technical expertise to keep all our employees happy and safe. Thus put extra care into Health and Safety, something that was also acknowledged "Hard floor equipment on site is in line with best practice".  This is done through an extensive framework of method statements, COSHH risk assesments and task-based risk assesments. This subsequently keeps our cleaners happy and safe, resulting in staff turnover of 0%, with no new starters in the last 12 months.
