I would just like to pass on our thanks for Fausto doing such a good job whilst Delbert was on leave. He has done a great job managing the team and been extremely flexible with all our requests for early starts and late finishes.

I would like to support that and add that we have noticed on the estate-side of things his great performance over the last six weeks, increased communication, reporting of issues and attending/responding to few ad-hoc requests I had without issues, swiftly and efficiently.

Tatiana cleans our staff (East) office and as I get in early I see how hard she works and goes above and beyond.
Our staff should take their own mugs and things back to the kitchen and load the dishwasher but Tatiana seems to tidy up after them on top of her usual office cleaning duties.
