Nothing is ever too much trouble for John and he always deals with any request I might make, promptly and efficiently. He is always cheerful and professional. His team, likewise, rise to last minute cleaning challenges with great efficiency. We always miss Olivia but the team John now has, is excellent. My thanks to them all.

Jose is very diligent, reliable and efficient. Always positive and enthusiastic with the daily tasks. Along with Domingos’ excellent supervision, the quality of the cleaning within the school has improved vastly. Thanks too to the wider team whose work behind the scenes is appreciated by everyone.

Since joining the Redington team, Cecilia has played an instrumental part in the smooth operations of our facilities function and client experience. She is hard working and very passionate about delivering high class service to our staff and clients. Besides covering her core responsibilities and reacting to unexpected issues or tasks, she also finds time to be proactive and come up with small projects and tasks which only she will be able to identify as they are directly related to what she does. I hope we have many (many) more years left to have the pleasure and honour of working alongside Cecilia!

Ruben has taken over the role really well. He just does things without asking – for example, I had to remove fridges while we awaiting replacement and he cleaned behind them. He is very thorough and we appreciate him.

Yuan is the cleaner at Cardamom Court, Newham. Yuan is a quiet member of the team and goes about his work with impeccable attention to detail. Yuan is conscientious and works in a very professional manner. Yuan has built up a good relationship with residents and staff within the building and always makes sure that the environment is cleaned to a very high standard. I am nominating Yuan because he has a really good work ethic – nothing is ever too much trouble – and he is always smiling. Well done Yuan on all your hard work.
